Try it out with just one of your goals. Write one of
your goals in one column and the steps you need to take to achieve that
goal in another column on separate lines. Be specific. If you start coming up with reasons why you
can’t achieve each step toward your goal, list those reasons in another column next to the step to which it applies.
Then, write your beliefs that reflect those
reasons and start thinking about how you need to change your beliefs to achieve your
goal. What should you believe about your
